About Woudeland Professional Center

Woudeland Professional Center is owned by Michael VanderWoude.

Phase I of the Woudeland Professional Center was completed in November of 2003.  ATI Physical Therapy, Midwest SpineCare, Orthopaedic Pediatric & Spine Institute, First Merchants Bank, The Mitchell Corporation, All of Me Therapy, Kids First Pediatric on 30, The law firm of LTSB, and Advanced Dental of Dyer are all tenants at Woudeland Professional Center.

We are proud to announce that Michael VanderWoude, owner of Woudeland Professional Center, APT Property Management and MJV Property Management has been recognized as the Small Business Person of the Year for 2004. This award was presented by the Northwest Indiana Small Business Development Center at the 2004 Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards Luncheon held on October 26th, 2004.

This award is especially appreciated by the staff of Woudeland Professional Center as it is recognition by the community we live and work in of our hard work and dedication.
